ROMOTION TERMS & CONDITIONS – ICON Amsterdam “100% Cashback” Promotion

1. General

This promotion (“100% Cashback Promotion”) is organized by ICON Amsterdam B.V., located in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

By participating in this promotion, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Promotion Period

The promotion starts on June 25, 2026, at 19:00 CET and remains valid until the first 250 qualifying orders meeting the conditions below have been successfully placed.

Once the limit of 250 qualifying orders has been reached, the promotion will automatically end.

3. Eligibility Requirements

  • The promotion is exclusively available to the first 250 orders placed through https://www.icon-amsterdam.com.

  • The maximum order value eligible for cashback is €1,000 per order (including VAT and excluding shipping costs).

  • The promotion is limited to one participation per customer, determined by email address, shipping address, and payment details.

  • Orders must be fully paid and may not be modified, canceled, or returned.

  • Orders that are fully or partially returned will not qualify for cashback.

4. The Prize – 100% Cashback

  • ICON Amsterdam will reimburse 100% of the purchase amount, up to a maximum of €1,000 per order, to eligible winners.

  • The cashback amount will be refunded to the same payment method or bank account used for the original purchase.

  • Cashback payments will be processed within 30 days after the promotion has ended.

  • Cashback cannot be exchanged for store credit, cash alternatives, or any other compensation.

5. Winner Selection & Communication

  • The first 250 valid orders will be automatically selected based on the chronological order of successful payment completion.

  • Selected winners will receive confirmation via email from ICON Amsterdam within 7 business days after the promotion has ended.

  • ICON Amsterdam reserves the right to verify participation and exclude fraudulent, duplicate, or otherwise invalid entries.

  • ICON Amsterdam may disqualify entries involving fraud, automated submissions (bots), duplication, abuse, or any attempt to manipulate the promotion.

6. Participation Conditions

  • Participation is only open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older.

  • ICON Amsterdam reserves the right to exclude any participant who does not comply with these Terms & Conditions or who abuses the promotion in any way.

7. Additional Provisions

  • ICON Amsterdam reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions or terminate the promotion at any time in the event of force majeure, technical issues, or abuse of the promotion.

  • This promotion is governed exclusively by Dutch law.

  • Any taxes, duties, or other charges arising from receipt of the cashback are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
