TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE 100% CASHBACK PROMOTION

PROMOTION TERMS & CONDITIONS – ICON AMSTERDAM “WIN AN IBIZA WEEKEND WORTH €5,000”

1. Organizer

This promotion is organized by ICON Amsterdam B.V. (hereinafter referred to as “ICON Amsterdam”).

2. Promotion Period

The promotion runs from June 25, 2026, at 19:00 CET until July 31, 2026, at 23:59 CET.

Orders placed outside this period will not qualify for participation.

3. Eligibility & Participation

Participation in the promotion is automatic upon placing an order of €150 or more through the official webshop: https://icon-amsterdam.com during the promotion period.

  • Participants must be 18 years of age or older and reside within the European Union.

  • One entry is granted per qualifying order.

  • Only orders that have not been modified, canceled, or returned before the draw date are eligible.

  • If a full or partial return causes the total order value to fall below €150, participation will automatically become invalid.

  • Employees of ICON Amsterdam and its affiliated companies are not eligible to participate.

4. Prize

The grand prize consists of an Ibiza Weekend Trip with a total value of €5,000.

The prize is:

  • Non-transferable;

  • Not exchangeable for cash or any other goods or services.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

  • One winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries on July 31, 2026.

  • The draw will be conducted under the supervision of ICON Amsterdam.

  • The winner will be notified via the email address associated with the winning order.

  • If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, ICON Amsterdam reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

6. Disqualification

ICON Amsterdam reserves the right to disqualify participants in the event of:

  • Fraud, abuse, or manipulation of the promotion;

  • Incomplete or incorrect participant information;

  • Violation of these Terms & Conditions.

7. Liability

ICON Amsterdam shall not be held liable for any technical malfunctions, delays, errors, or other issues that may prevent participation in the promotion.

ICON Amsterdam shall not be liable for any damages, losses, injuries, or expenses arising from participation in the promotion or from acceptance and use of the prize.

8. Personal Data

Participants' personal data will be processed in accordance with the ICON Amsterdam Privacy Policy.

Personal data will only be used for the administration and execution of this promotion and will not be shared with third parties without the participant's consent, unless required by law.

9. General Provisions

  • By participating in this promotion, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.

  • ICON Amsterdam reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time for legitimate reasons.

  • These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by Dutch law.

  • Any disputes arising from or related to this promotion shall be submitted to the competent courts of Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
